From: renovations@greenfield.com To: residents@midtownapartments.org Subject: Planned Exterior Renovation – Notice and Access Requirements Date: May 10 Dear Residents, Greenfield Renovations will begin exterior works on Building A of Midtown Apartments on June 2. The project includes roof replacement and window upgrades. All necessary permits have been obtained (Permit #PL-2026-113). Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, and may produce intermittent noise and dust. Scaffolding will be erected around the south façade and the south parking bay will be partially closed from June 2 to June 12. Please remove vehicles from the south parking bay by 7:00 AM on June 2. Contractors will require access to balconies and, for some window installations, to the interior of apartments for 2–3 hours per unit; you will receive 48 hours' advance notice before any apartment entry.
