INTERNAL MEMO To: All European Offices From: Martin Keller, Communications Director Date: April 5, 2025 Subject: Launch of Monthly Newsletter & Remote-Work Update I am pleased to announce that we will launch a monthly internal newsletter on May 1. The newsletter will be emailed to all staff and hosted on the intranet. Its purpose is to share team news, project highlights, and practical updates from headquarters. Please consider contributing short items (200–400 words), photos, or announcements. To submit material, use the intranet submission form at intranet.company/newsletter. All contributions and images should be uploaded by April 20 to appear in the first issue. Separately, as part of a pilot to streamline collaboration across regions, we are updating the remote-work guideline for client-facing teams. Starting June 1, the standard remote-work allowance for affected roles will change from three days to two days per week. Managers will contact employees whose schedules are impacted. To prepare content for the newsletter, we need the following from teams: 1. Team photos from the Lisbon conference. 2. Product images from the Berlin demo. If you attended the Lisbon trip, submit expense claims and receipts by April 18 so finance can process reimbursements before month-end.
